Classes

BOXING MECHANICS 

Boxing mechanics is a one-hour class that will provide you with the basic practical knowledge, skills, and understanding of the fundamentals of boxing. Covering the basics such as stance, punching mechanics and combo development, this class is guaranteed to leave you with the confidence and knowledge that is necessary to grow in the sport of boxing properly.

 

 

BOXING DRILLS

Boxing drills is a one-hour class designed to develop your reactions and fighter IQ in the combative aspect of boxing. This class focuses on detailed breakdowns and drills covering proper offensive and defensive techniques through partner drilling. This class does require the basic knowledge of boxing as it is combat-focused.

 

 

 

BOXING CONDITIONING

Boxing conditions allow you to test your basics under pressure. In this high-intensity one-hour class, you can expect a fast-paced workout that focuses on reaction time, fundamental footwork,basic callisthenics, bag work, and shadow boxing. Understanding the basics of boxing is absolutely necessary for this class in order to achieve a great workout and stay safe while participating.

 

 

 

BOXING DRILLING/SPARRING

Boxing drilling and sparring is an invite-only one-and-a-half-hour class that is focused on the application of the combative techniques of boxing. Fighter IQ is developed through repetition, detailed breakdowns, bag work, and sparring. To maintain a safe space, all participating members must be regulars in all classes throughout the week to ensure that they have the skills and understanding of proper offensive and defensive techniques. Before attending this class please check in with the coach as it does require the coach's approval to attend.
